Refund Policy

- Summary
- All digital products (courses, e‑books, downloadable materials, memberships, and any other digital content) sold on TechSkillsHub.in are non-refundable. Once access is granted or the product file is delivered, the sale is final.
- Why no refunds? Digital products can be copied and retained after delivery. To protect our instructors, authors, and the integrity of our content, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed and access has been provided.
- When a refund will not be issued Refunds will not be issued for any of the following:
- Completed purchases of online courses after access is granted.
- E-book or downloadable file purchases once the file has been made available for download.
- Subscriptions or recurring billing charges already processed.
- Purchases made by mistake or changed mind after access is provided.
- Exceptions and goodwill adjustments: Although our standard policy is no refunds, we understand that rare issues occur. We may consider a one-time exception or partial credit in the following limited situations, at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on the site or payment gateway.
- Fraudulent charges confirmed by our payment processor or bank.
To request an exception, contact support (see section 7) within 7 days of the order date. Provide your order ID, email used for purchase, and a clear explanation and supporting evidence. We will review and respond within 5–7 business days. Decisions on exceptions are final.
- Cancellations and access revocation
- If you purchase a subscription or a time-limited membership and request cancellation, future recurring payments can be stopped, but past payments already processed are non-refundable.
- If we determine that your account has violated our Terms of Use (for example, sharing credentials, distributing content, or other prohibited conduct), we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.
- Payment disputes: If you believe your payment was processed in error or you were charged fraudulently, please contact us first (support details below). We will investigate quickly. If you still choose to open a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, inform us and provide any case number; we will cooperate in the investigation. Repeated or unjustified chargeback attempts may result in account termination and legal action.

- Updates to this policy: We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will indicate when changes were made. Continued use of TechSkillsHub.in after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
- Agreement By purchasing digital products on TechSkillsHub.in you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
